Exterior architectural louvers are typically stationary but can also be configured to open and shut mechanically to adjust air flow and sun light. Louvers can be made in several different depths using different shapes of extruded aluminium blades such as flat and Oval or a combination of these along with wood or other blade material. Many louvers incorporate plank of panels and/or screening as part of the assembly for energy performance.
